Who this policy covers

This policy applies to as86.pro, operated by Amir Sibaee, an independent digital marketing consultant based in Dubai, UAE. This site is a freelance portfolio and consultancy site — there is no e-commerce checkout, no user account system, and no newsletter sign-up. What data is collected

1) Contact form

When you submit the contact form, your name, email address, subject, and message are sent directly by email to the business owner. This data is not stored in a database — it exists only as an email, retained per normal email-inbox practice, and is used solely to respond to your inquiry.

2) Analytics & advertising (Google)

This site uses Google Tag Manager to run:

• Google Analytics 4 — page views, traffic sources, device/browser type, and general usage patterns, to understand how visitors use the site.
• Google Ads conversion tracking and remarketing — to measure ad performance and, if you’ve previously visited this site, to show relevant ads on other sites you visit (via Google’s advertising network).

These tools set cookies and similar technologies from Google domains (including google.com, googletagmanager.com, google-analytics.com, and doubleclick.net) and may collect your IP address, device information, and browsing behavior on this site. Data collected this way is processed by Google under its own privacy policy.

3) Standard server logs

Like virtually all websites, the hosting infrastructure automatically logs standard technical data for security and diagnostics — IP address, browser type, referring page, and timestamp of each request.

What this site does not do
