Engaging Social Media for IANS Recruitment Open Day

For IANs’ Recruitment Open Day, I created a cohesive set of Instagram carousels, Reels covers and Story sequences built on a flexible grid. The design system uses a clear typography hierarchy for headlines and key details, high‑contrast colour blocking for quick scanning, and concise iconography to highlight sections like roles, date/time and location.

Layouts are optimised for legibility on mobile—ample padding, safe‑zone placement, and consistent spacing that keeps the feed looking polished. The pack includes editable source files and export‑ready assets in standard sizes (1080×1350, 1080×1080, 1080×1920) so the team can publish quickly while maintaining brand consistency across all posts.
